What we do

Five services. No padding.

We'd rather do these five well than list ten and be middling at all of them. Everything below is priced the same way — flat, by volume, quoted before we start.
  • Truck loaded with bagged household junk and boxes on a junk removal job in Greenville, NC

    Core service

    Junk Removal

This is the core of what we do. You don't have to drag anything to the curb, rent a trailer, or make a dump run. Show us what's going, and we handle the rest — inside the house, up the stairs, out of the backyard, wherever it sits.

Flat rate by volume, starting at $125 for a minimum pickup and topping out at $600 for a full 15 cubic yard truck.

    Home & Estate Cleanouts

Clearing out a house is rarely just about the stuff. It's a move, a sale, a rental turnover, or a family member's estate. We work at the pace you set, keep what you tell us to keep, and take the rest — donating and recycling as much of it as we can.

Priced by volume, same as everything else. Most single-room clearances land between $250 and $475; a whole-house job usually runs a full truck at $600 or multiple loads.

    Garage & Property Cleanouts

Garages fill up a box at a time. So do sheds, carports, and back corners of the yard. We clear the whole thing in one visit — including the stuff at the bottom that's been there since you moved in — and sweep the slab when we're done.

A typical one-car garage sweep runs a half truck at $325. A packed two-car garage is usually 3/4 truck at $475.

    Furniture & Appliance Removal

Some jobs are one heavy thing in an awkward place. A sleeper sofa in an upstairs apartment, a fridge in a tight galley kitchen, a mattress that won't fit back down the stairwell. We bring the manpower and the dollies, and we protect your doorways on the way out.

A single item starts at our $125 minimum pickup. A full room of furniture is usually a quarter to a half truck, $250 to $325.

    Light Demolition

We've taken down a shed, and light demolition is a direction we're growing into. If you've got a small structure that needs to come down and be hauled away in the same visit, ask us. We'll tell you straight whether it's a job we can do or one you want a licensed contractor for.

Quoted per job, because no two teardowns are alike. Send photos and we'll tell you what it takes — or tell you it's not our job.

We sort, donate, and recycle

Everything we load gets sorted. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation. Metal, cardboard, and electronics get recycled. What's left goes to a licensed facility. Nothing we pick up gets illegally dumped — not on a back road, not behind a building, not ever.
