What people ask before they call
- How much does junk removal cost?
- We charge a flat rate based on how much space your stuff takes up in the truck. A minimum pickup is $125. A full 15 cubic yard truck is $600. You get the price before we start, and it doesn't change.
- Do I need to move anything to the curb?
- No. We come inside and carry it out — upstairs, out of the garage, from the back of the yard. That's what full-service means.
- How fast can you get here?
- Call or text and we'll tell you the soonest window we have. We give you a scheduled window instead of a whole day, and we call or text 15 minutes before we pull up.
- What areas do you cover?
- Greenville and about 45 miles out in every direction. That covers Pitt County, plus Washington, Kinston, Tarboro, Wilson, Goldsboro, and New Bern on the edges.
- What can't you take?
- We can't take hazardous material — wet paint, motor oil, chemicals, asbestos, or anything flammable. If you're not sure, send a photo and we'll tell you straight.
- Where does my stuff go?
- We sort it. Usable items go to donation, metal and cardboard get recycled, and the rest goes to a licensed disposal facility. We don't dump illegally.
- Can I just text you photos?
- Yes, and it's the fastest way to a firm price. Text photos to (704) 443-8697 and we'll quote it from there.
- Do you do demolition?
- Light demolition on small structures like sheds. We've done a shed teardown and we're growing into more of this work. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a job for us or for a licensed contractor.
