By email, or by phone if you gave us a number. We answer our own messages, so if we're on a job it may take a little while — but you'll get a real answer with a real number in it.

If the price works, we book you an arrival window. If it doesn't, that's fine — no follow-up calls, no chasing. We don't add you to a list.
The price we confirm on site before starting is the price you pay. Nothing goes on the truck until you’ve agreed it — that’s set out in our terms.
